  Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your return and whether it qualifies for a refund or a direct exchange.

  Resolution Delivery

  Upon approval, we will process your replacement unit or issue a refund through your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
